the Problem

As a large-scale market, it is imperative that you are online and have good search and filter options to find any product and purchase through the Mobile App. However, some users have pointed out several potential problems, regarding their search journey experience. Considering this as a hypothesis, it had to be validated in terms of user context and behavior while using it and they had problems with online shopping

Their outlets are visited by over four million customers annually who buy more than three million La Poire products every year, either to take home for themselves, give as gifts, or to sit and enjoy with friends in our cafés and coffee bars.
